On February 6, 2024, the City Council adopted the Parks, Recreation, Trails, Open Space and Recreation Master Plan, an important milestone in our commitment to enhancing the quality of life in University Park. This plan is a key deliverable from the City's Centennial Master Plan, specifically Action Item 2.5, which focuses on creating a comprehensive guide for our parks, open spaces, and trails. The Parks Master Plan lays out a vision for the future of our community's outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain vibrant and accessible for all. We’re dedicated to updating this plan every ten years to keep pace with the evolving needs of our residents.
