Municipal Court

The safety of all court participants and staff remains a top priority. A limited number of people will be allowed inside the court room at one time. Defendants are encouraged to handle pending cases by mail, online or in person. If scheduled for a hearing, you may have the same options available online or by mail that you will have in the courtroom.

All defendants currently calendared must contact the Municipal Court regarding their court appearance. Please note that the Court window at City Hall remains in operation, and can assist in the disposition of almost all matters except those involving juveniles, alcohol, physical harm, or that require a modification, hearing or trial. To schedule your hearing please contact the Clerk at 214-987-5331.
