To sign up for water service in University Park, new customers should apply in-person to the City's Utility Billing Office, 3800 University Boulevard, second floor, or by filling out the application below. A water meter security deposit must be made before service may begin. The City accepts payment by cash, check, or major credit card.
To establish commercial service, please call the Utility Billing Office. The meter deposit is held until a customer's account is closed. At that time, the deposit is applied to the final bill amount. Any remaining deposit balance is refunded to the customer.
