The 3rd floor Community Meeting Room is 1,600 sq ft with a maximum occupancy of 110 seated lecture-style or 80 seated classroom-style.

Reservations may be made fifteen (15) days to twelve (12) months in advance. 

Room access begins at the start of a reservation. Set-up and clean-up time must be included when a reservation request is submitted.

The 2nd floor Local History/Texana Room is a conference room with seating for 20.

Reservations may be made fifteen (15) days to twelve (12) months in advance.

Finalizing Reservations

Once a reservation request is submitted, renters will be contacted to complete a Use Agreement form and to submit payment. Allow up to 2 business days for the response for reservation requests. Forms and payments must be completed within seven (7) days to finalize a reservation.
