Q: If I’m a new resident, how do I purchase a pool pass?

A: For first time pool pass customers, you must come in person to the Peek Service Center, the UP Public Library (8383 Preston Center Plaza, Suite 200) or the Holmes Aquatic Center. We require that you bring proof of residency in the form of a driver license AND one of the following: current utility bill, bank statement, or contract/lease on your home.
 

Q: Where is the Peek Service Center?

A: The Peek Service center is located at 4420 Worcola Street, Dallas 75206. We are on the east side of North Central Expressway off of SMU Blvd. 
 

Q: What are the office hours for the Peek Service Center?

A: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM  


Q: Is there a family pass?

A: We do not offer a family pass.
 

Q: Are there any discounts given for purchasing multiple passes?

A: There is a discount for families purchasing more than four (4) passes. Each pass in excess of four (4) is sold at half price. All passes must be sold during the same transaction.


Q: Is there a pro-rated price for passes bought later in the summer?

A: Yes. Passes will be sold at half price beginning on July 14, 2020.
 

Q: Can I add a new member without them being present at the time of payment?

A: Yes. It is not necessary for the new member to be with you at the time of purchase.
 

Q: If I have added a new member, how do they get their ID card?

A: Photo IDs can be done in person at the Peek Service Center, or by e-mailing the member’s photo to alively@uptexas.org. If
e-mailing a photo, please include the member’s name and your address. If you have e-mailed a photo, the card will be created and mailed to your home.
 

Q: Are photo IDs required for all members?

A: Yes. Everyone that purchases a pass needs an ID card.
 

Q: What if I have lost our ID cards?

A: If you have lost your ID cards you can still renew. However, you will need to purchase replacement cards. They are $10 for each member.
 

Q: At what age do children need a pool pass?

A: Once children are six (6) years old they will need a pool pass.
 

Q: At what age is a person considered to be a senior citizen?

A: At age sixty (60) a person is eligible for a senior pass and senior swim.
 

Q: Can my spouse or other family member use my card?

A: No. Pool passes can only be used by the member whose name and picture appears on the card.
 

Q: Can I purchase a pass for my nanny?

A: Yes we do allow families to buy a pass for their nanny ONLY. Passes will not be sold to members of the nanny’s family.
 

Q: What is the daily admission fee for non-pass holders?

A: The fee at the gate for non-pass holders is $5 per day for adults and children six (6) and over.
