Requests for Information made under the Texas Public Information Act: All requests for information must be submitted in writing, either online, by e-mail, fax or in person. The City has up to 10 business days to respond to the request. Please visit this page for more information.

Food Establishment and Alcohol Sales Permits: The City contracts with Dallas County Health and Human Services for food establishment and environmental inspections. All facilities are inspected twice annually with any additional inspections as required.

Board and Committee applications: The City Council appoints members to the City’s resident Boards and Committees in June of even years, in conjunction with the General Election. For more information about the Boards and Committees, click here.
Preservation and maintenance of City records (ordinances, contracts, resolutions, etc.): The City Secretary can provide Certified Copies of all ordinances and resolutions upon request.
