The Plano Police Department has arrested a suspect in connection with a deadly conduct incident that occurred in Plano on Saturday, October 22. This same individual, 45-year-old Kevin Genter from Grand Prairie, is a person of interest in a string of incidents in University Park involving nails that have been left in intersections and on streets at several locations in the City over the last several weeks.
