The Parks and Recreation Department removes dead, diseased, or hazardous trees on the parkway easements. Although aesthetic pruning of the parkway trees is the homeowner's responsibility, the Department can provide direction for removing low limbs over streets and sidewalks, clearing sight obstructions at intersections, and clearing signal lights or stop signs.

If a tree or large limb falls and blocks the street or sidewalk after hours, please call the Police Department at 214-987-5370. They will dispatch a work crew.
